| Absolutely! LifeFiles products and services can be purchased directly online at a LifeFiles Network Member Web site or at the LifeFiles site at www.lifefiles.com.

| How much does a LifeLegacy cost? |
| The LifeLegacy package costs $149.95 for one year, renewable for $29.95 per year.
You can purchase the LifeLegacy for five years for only $199.95, renewable for a further 5 years for $99.00.

| What is the difference between the Remembrance Registry and LifeLegacy? |
| The Remembrance Registry is an immediate need product that includes a unique interactive on-line obituary, services information, directions to the service and a guest book where friends and families can send in their condolences.
It also includes a place to purchase flowers, cards and donations.
It is on-line for twelve (12) months and after that time the guest book can roll into the LifeLegacy, which is on-line for a minimum of two (2) years.
The LifeLegacy is a living memorial that can grow dynamically over time and preserve the memories of the members of the affected circle of friends and family for generations. Families can display a photo gallery with up to fifty (50) photos and captions, make changes,
write an unlimited biography about the deceased and have the opportunity to have friends and families share
memories and include photos and mementos in those memories at no charge.

| How will I know what to do (get instructions) when I purchase a Remembrance Registry or LifeLegacy? |
| If you purchase these products from your funeral professional, you will be given a Welcome Kit. The kit will give you complete instructions and will have our toll-free customer care number (1-866-LifeFiles) in there if you should need any help. If you purchase a LifeLegacy directly from LifeFiles, this information will be emailed to you with complete instructions, telling you step-by-step how to build your LifeLegacy. For further assistance, you can always call us at our toll-free number.

| Simply by clicking on the "Create a LifeLegacy" button, which appears on every LifeLegacy page.

| Can I create a Remembrance LifeLegacy for other previously deceased family members or other people? |
| Yes, simply go to the LifeFiles Web site at www.LifeFiles.com, click on Remembrance LifeLegacy, and click on "Create a new Remembrance LifeLegacy,”and follow the on-line directions. Our easy step-by-step instructions will guide you through the entire process. If you have any problems, call Customer Service toll free at 1-866-LifeFiles (1-866-543-3345), Extension 240.
